Very friendly and professional staff members.
Drivers are always on time, if not earlier than expected. I've been a customer with them for many years, and it would be hard for me to change companies because of the quality that they offer.

Contacted several companies for short term use of a dumpster & waste connections was great to deal with. Worked with Yvannie for our project, and she was incredible to work with. Very professional, answered all my questions, and responded to emails in a very timely manner. Highly recommend

We have a business in downtown Red Deer (The old CPR Building) and called Waste Connect about getting a locked garbage bin for our building as we have problems with street people going through our bin and there was a fire about a month ago. Dealt with Yvannie. She was fantastic. She has us all set up to receive a new bin. She was very easy & pleasant to deal with

I needed the garbage bins moved around to install a new patio in our building. Also, we wanted new bins since the exiting bins were getting dirty and smelly. Peter at Waste Connections was very friendly and responsive. He had everything arranged and got the work done within a couple of days.
