I was stranded on the side of the road on a 37 degrees day. My battery died and I had a flat tire. All the cars drove by except one. A young man with a slight accent, wearing a grey Peterbilt Southern Alberta shirt and, a black mask with the Peterbilt logo pulled in front of me. He offered me shelter in his cold car while he proceeded to swap my tire and start my car. When I offered to pay, he said: " it's the least I can do for my elders" I was left speechless... I hope that this message finds him well.

Great experience dealing with the parts department. Greeted with friendly hellos from both staff members,and after searching inventory for filters,which were not in stock,they went the extra mile to help me cross the numbers and locate locally.
While we waited to hear from another vendor,fresh coffe was offered to me. The atmosphere was great and the service on point. Very knowledgeable. Will be back for coffee and parts!

Hours are reduced due to covid19, still a pleasure to deal with tho, always a good experience at this location
