Absolutely love the service that I got from this location and I have actually found the trailer that I'm going to buy at a lower price than what I was looking for.. I went to a competitors store looking at $30,000 trailers and was pretty much ignored.. The salesman and the financial sales lady went above and beyond to make sure that I got the proper deal and the proper trailer that will meet my needs.. outstanding customer service... this goes to show that the smaller dealerships have a better attitude as well as want to help out the average guy.. I thank them for all their work and I highly highly recommend anyone who is looking for a travel trailer or anything of the sorts to go to the awesome people at this dealership

Bought a used toy hauler from these guys in August of 2021. Dexter was very helpful and always quick to respond. We had a list of deficiencies we wanted taken care of before we took possession of the trailer and not once did they question what we were asking for - they just made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction so we would leave as happy customers. Once it was all completed, we were given a thorough walk through to make sure everything worked. All was good. When we got home, we went through the trailer again and found a bit of water damage that we were not made aware of. Rangeland admitted they were not aware of it either. Even on a used trailer deal where the trailer was sold to us "as is" in the condition it left the lot, Rangeland still stepped up to the plate and backed their product. They offered us some options to either give it back for a full refund plus reimburse us for fuel, or a cash settlement and we repair ourselves. this was something they didn't have to do but did. Amazing customer service from people who actually seem to care about their customers. will 100% recommend these guys for your trailer purchase and we will definitely be back for our next trailer purchase.
