Action Flooring was a great company to deal with! I dealt with numerous of their employees and all were wonderful. The business manager is amazing! My flooring turned out beautiful and I am so very thrilled! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! You won’t go wrong choosing them.

good experience with Karoline , the sales agent. Not so good about the delayed delivery ; understand that would be out of Action Flooring control. However , a 2nd delay of the changed delivery and installation date was not communicated until we phoned to confirm the changed date . At that instance , we were told of a new delayed date , so we had to rearrange other days for movers, and furniture deliveries. The installer did a good job , but he did not have a broom or vacuum to clean off the floor after removal of old flooring

Excellent customer service and pricing. Both Tanya and Tricia were very easy to deal with, not to mention the always friendly reception. Great product, great pricing. Got all our main floor flooring as well as 90% of the tile for our house and are extremely happy with the final product, they also installed the tile in the showers and for the fireplace. Had some hiccups with deliveries taking longer than expected, but nothing that they could have done about it, and they were active in trying to get it to show up as soon as they could. If you need something for your project, look here first!

Best flooring company in Central AB. Looked at 6 different flooring companies as well as all hardware stores and couldnt compare. Great team, working with Tanya has been great. Awesome quality with pricing, alot of companies are good but few give support. Action Flooring gives that support above and beyond. Highly recommended! Thank you Ladies at Action Flooring!!!!
