Fabulous! The team at Alair executed our project flawlessly! They took the time to understand, budget and plan. Their patience and genuine care of our project was second to none. Their knowledge and willingness to provide input and go the extra mile to make the final product right was unprecedented, compared to other companies we interviewed to do our project. They were on time and surprisingly under budget with no corners cut. The transparency and honesty was a breath of fresh air, and even after the project was complete, we were surprised that they followed up to ensure we were still happy! During the estimation process, Alair did not just throw numbers based on sq/ft and inflate the budget on change orders (A tactic many local contractors apply to projects of this size). If quality, budget and project management is something you highly value, this is the company to hire!

Project Overview: Complete main floor reno
Rooms Renovated: Master bedroom, walk in closet, ensuite,
spare room, main bathroom, hallways, laundry room, Kitchen, living room, dining room, front and rear entry, Upgraded furnace, hot water tank and infloor heating retro fit. All rooms included upgraded room lighting and fixtures.

We had the pleasure of working with Alair Homes on the planning and construction of our 2022 Red Deer Kinsmen Dream Home.
From start to completion, we found that Derek and his trades were always right on top of the project.
They were upfront about costs, availability of specialty items, and any time delays, so there were no bad surprises.
The end result has been spectacular with our guests visiting the home, commenting on the fresh design, and finishing details throughout the home. This has been instrumental in helping us work with our goals about having not just another lottery home but rather a true Dream Home to offer to our supporters.
Being the chairman of the lottery, I truly can't express how easy and stress free Alair Homes has made this project for us.

Nate and Derek are incredible to work with, if I had to choose 3 words to describe Alair homes it would be quality, integrity, and community. You can tell they are passionate about what they do just by talking to them, then you go into one of their homes and their faces light up when they start talking about the construction of it. They are family oriented and very involved in the community. Their very hands on and will make sure your priorities come first.

The Sylvan Lake Gulls organization had the absolute pleasure of working with Alair Homes during the construction of our stadium in 2021 through to 2022. The assignment included project management and construction in a variety of capacities, including kitchen construction. Starting from the beginning of the almost one year project, Alair's professional approach was second to none. They provide a prompt, high end service that carries through from the beginning to the end of the scope of work in all areas. The project required a collection of contractors to work side by side. One of the major assets we noticed from Alair contractors is their ability to work well with others and maintain strong relationships within the construction industry.
