(April 12, 2023, 3:44 pm)A long wait on a holiday weekend. Very understandable and the staff were very helpful and understanding even under their stressed working conditions. We were very thankful that they were open and they took good care of our cat. This is the second time we've made use of the animal emergency hospital and we've been pleased with all their services and very thankful that they are here for us in Red Deer. Thank you!
(March 18, 2023, 8:51 pm)Staff are extremely friendly and kind. I was really anxious during my appointment because I recently had to put down two other animals. The staff took extra time and care to help me through my cats visit, and even after.
