I travelled from Calgary to see Dr Keys based off his dual board certification and outstanding reviews. Their reception team had all of my pets documents, insurance information, well informed me of the costs and processes. All staff members were friendly, inviting, and efficient. A consultation with Dr Keys is more than getting his opinion, but getting a small informative engaging class/discussion about your pets presenting concern, and happy to answer all questions, let you know what’s realistic and what’s not, and make the load of information easy to understand. Easily the best hundred bucks I spent all weekend. Thank you Dr Keys and all of your team !”

Dr. Rick was incredibly patient and gentle with my nervous dog and clearly explained his answers to my (many!) Questions about my dogs health.
