We were recommended from a family friend to come here when we were shopping around for a newer vehicle. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and provided with fast and great customer service. Always asking questions and making sure we were ok - also no pressure we were able to take our time and make the car buying decision on our own time. We met with 2 of the sales managers and you could immediately tell they put their customers first and make sure they are taken care of.
The finance team was phenomenal and really makes numbers dance and brought our payments down so they were even more affordable than we had planned.
I look forward to dealing with everyone we met in the future and will definitely be sending all my family and friends to them in the future to experience the great customer service and care we received. Made buying a car for the first time a very great time !

I ordered a brand new 2022 Ford Explorer and Jordan in Sales made the process easy and less intimidating then I thought it would be (I've never ordered a new vehicle before). When it arrived we were able to pick it up right away, and then finance team was fast to complete our paper work. Great customer service from sales and finance and everyone I met while in the dealership was very friendly. I'd definitely buy another vehicle from MGM.
