“So our old car gave up on us & we urgently needed one. We decided to shop & buy the car that we REALLY wanted. My wife & I are picky (to say the least) in choosing & buying stuff. We did our homework in getting our next car, (visited four different dealerships in Red Deer & called/emaild a few ones in Edmonton before meeting with Mr. Kerwin) - and so, when we went to discuss our potential purchase with Mr. Kerwin Nad, we brought a sackload of questions with us. And Kerwin gave well-informed answers to each one, to the tiniest detail. He really knows what he is doing! Very easy to deal with, not pushy, very honest, very knowledgeable and he did all he could to give us the perfect deal to suit our budget without losing the best perks. He didn't employ any industry tricks just to close a sale with us & even though there is a shortage of new vehicles, he got us a vehicle we really liked (color/trim/model) & we were sold on getting the car that day. Except that we didn't buy it. Well, my wife & I have this agreement that we don't let our emotions decide on the spot so we told him, we'll let him know the next day (although deep inside I was worried sick another client might snag our car!) and we were still looking for a better deal than what he was offering. And then, a dealership in YEG offered us a number that was too good to be true. We informed Mr. Kerwin about this & he tried his best to match their offer (eventually it turned out the YEG offer was a sales tactic, a sneaky move to get us buying from them - I won't further go into the details). Mr. Kerwin, with his experience in this industry for so long, gave us his honest opinion, especially the pros & cons on the YEG deal compared to what he was offering. To make the long story short, we decided to deal with Gary Moe Hyundai, courtesy of Mr. Kerwin Nad. He introduced us to Mr. Gary Bugarin, one of the cool ones at the dealership, and he helped us with the paperwork. And like Kerwin, every question we asked Mr. Gary was answered, with a little bit of valuable extra info, which we appreciated. Thank you Mr. Gary, you're awesome! Then in the afternoon, Mr. Kerwin took time from his busy sched & picked us up personally from our apartment to collect "Midnight", our new Hybrid SUV. About Mr. Kerwin, from the start to finishing our deal with him, we can only say good things. He addressed our need, communicated well, he dedicated his time, wasn't agressive in selling and most importantly, he listened. “Just installed an Eagle soft roll-up cover on my 2019 Tacoma. Initial impression with the service and product is that I could not be happier! The staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions prior to purchase. The tonneau cover itself seems to be of very good quality, I think it would be VERY hard to find another of the same quality at this price. The 3rd Gen Tacoma has a lot of openings in the box, mostly around the tailgate, but also at the front. The cover came with a couple extra seals for each end of the bulkhead, as well as a roll which I used to seal the tailgate openings. Securing the tonneau was simple with the supplied brackets that bolt directly to the Tacoma rail system. Some covers use a different system and move the rails. The latch system is simple, unlatches both sides with one pull, and works well. They even included a small battery powered light with adhesive to secure inside the box. I plan to put a better lighting system on, but still thought it was nice they included this in the package. The vinyl top and rails seem to be of a good quality and come with a 5 year warranty so I expect they should last at least that and more. Will update in the future if there is anything to add, but as noted, very happy with this Tonneau so far!”

“Awesome customer service! I took my Harley to Scott last summer hoping he could fix the sound quality of a system I had done by a different shop. We thought it was going to be a fairly easy retuning, maybe take an hour. After pulling the fairing off Scott could tell it was not installed correctly and there was components in the system that did not need to be in there. I ended up being there for 5hrs and the whole time Scott let me hang out in the shop with him and gave me a schooling on audio/electric. He is VERY knowledgeable and you don't see guys like him willing to educate their customers so they understand what they need for the vehicle they want done. Look at some of the very high end vehicles they work on. There was an old Chevy in the shop that day worth well over six figures. All in all they only charged me for 1hr shop time. You are getting the best when you go to Vibe. I will taking my bike back later this year to get a big upgrade!”
