Great vehicles and awesome customer service

I am a volunteer transporting rescue animals with AARCS on my way to Edmonton when I experienced a heating issue in the Ford van in -20c weather. I pulled into MGM Ford, explained my problem to the lady in service. A few minutes later a technician came out and looked at the van, took care of the problem and further examined it to ensure I was safe to continue on my trip to AARCS in Edmonton. Thank you so much for helping us out.

I have bought a few vehicles from MGM Ford Red Deer. I know the GoAuto chain has some bad reviews, however MGM in Red Deer has always treated me fantastically. Zack has always been great to deal with, and they have always been a pleasure to purchase from.

Had an issue with them on a previous visit. But the managers at Ford quickly corrected it and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Both sales staff and parts/services staff are great and helpful. Even if you have a bad experience, they want to rectify it!! Really shows commitment to there customers.
