“Incredible service would be an understatement! Brought in a set of curbed, and fairly gouged rotoforms. Not only did they repair to absolute perfection but then coated and satined the rims, helped sort out tires, made sure that the hub centric rings were available and did all this so seamlessly that when I showed up to get things paid for to order they already had everything at the shop ready to go! The care and attention to detail is beyond any other place we have been and the customer service is bar none!”

“DaveX re-shingled my house and garage, re-sided one side of the house and replaced the eavestroughs the end of January because of hail damage in August. Delay caused by material and time constraints with the number of damage claims in place. Crews came when they said they would, did the work over a period of three days, cleaned up their mess and were gone. this was an insurance claim, but I'd personally hire them again in a heartbeat. Scheduling communication with the office left something to be desired, but the DaveX contractors I dealt with ably picked up the slack.”

“Great option for office printers and phone systems. Previously we had an MFP printer in our office that was being serviced from a company out of Calgary and when there were issues it was too much down time. 2 years ago I contacted Terry at CIP to get him to quote on some options and we ended up switching to a SHARP printer through him. They were price competitive and between having local contacts for rapid support and the predictive maintenance to reduce any downtime its been a great switch. Fast forward to 2022 our 4 year office phone system ($7,000) was starting to have some issues - hardware? software? I don't really know, and I don't want to have to figure that stuff out. Any service calls were going to cost us, and I was probably looking at some equipment replacements. So I call Terry again as he mentioned they do phone systems also. I now have a new system and phones in every office with no upfront costs, we've reduced our monthly costs, and have included service should an issue arrive. Which I put to the test quickly, the phone in my office was having issues 1 week in. They brought in a temporary replacement immediately, and had brand new one within a week. So even when things went wrong, they made it right quickly. I can very confidently say that if you call Terry at CIP for either printers or phone systems you are in great hands. I can't recommend him enough.”

Most importantly, good water pressure, hot water, and top notch product quality. Price is also very reasonable compared to other washes nearby. Credit/debit card terminal is user friendly.
