Trail Appliances Ltd - Red Deer

On Saturday, October 30th, my husband and I visited the Trail Appliances Red Deer showroom. We required a specific brand/model for our elderly Dad whose washing machine had passed away. We were met by Jim who is a truly professional associate. We were well informed in a non-pressured environment as we required a day or so to make a decision. When we got home we had a few more questions. We called Jim who returned our call quickly with an answer to our query. On Monday morning I again called Jim who returned my call in a timely manner, as well as making an appointment to order the appliance and set delivery for the following Monday. We were told the installers from Trail Appliance would contact us the following Sunday to confirm a delivery window. As promised, this is exactly what happened, we were given a two hours window which we found pretty reasonable. The next day drivers/installers Mat and Corey called my cell as they arrived at the corner (on time within the two hours window) of our Dad's street, came into the house observing all pandemic protocol and installed the appliance in a quick and efficient manner. To Jim, along with his associate colleague doing the paperwork, and Mat and Corey, thank you for a smooth/amazing sale and delivery process!

Customer service experience was amazing. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel important as customers. The price for our appliances was great and delivery was fast and friendly! Highly recommend!

When I worked for a home builder for many years, we exclusively used Trail Appliances for our clients’ homes and I was always very satisfied with the service they provided to our homeowners.

The showroom is a good set up, you can look at the products and the sales people will give you the room as needed to make your decision
