My wife and I hired Courtenay to be our general contractor for the construction of a two-story side-by-side duplex in a small town in central Alberta (about an hour from Red Deer).

Courtenay was not only patient with us through the entire planning process, but he also provided us with what we found to be an acceptable and fair price, especially vis a vis other GCs who we got quotes from.

Whilst constructing a home, there are ups and downs, and with any project of a particular size you are bound to encounter issues. Every single issue was dealt with by Courtenay without argument and without hesitation. He is a good man and he is trustworthy, and most importantly he builds good quality, solid and stylish homes.

We learned a lot during the process, and we would have made some changes or addressed some matters that came up a little differently, but in the end we are happy and that's the point. Should we decide to construct any more homes for investment or otherwise, we'd definitely work with Courtenay again. We look forward to it.
