Associated cabs

The sylvan lake associated ten works very hard to make sure they are assisting their customers the most efficient way possible while maintaining great customer service and polite attitudes. 5 stars for sure!!

Customer service was not professional. Might as well called a elementary school.

Fist time was quick and dispatch told me a 5 minute wait-- accurate.

The next day, called at 9:12pm, was told 10-15 min wait-- unaccuarte -- I even mentioned I had to be at Shopper's Drug Mart to grab my prescription before it closed at 10pm. CAB SHOWED UP AT 9:56pm, and when I arrived at Shopper's, I seen them locking the door as it was 10:01. WASTE OF MY MONEY & TIME

If dispatch would have been honest about the wait time, I could have made other arrangements with the other cab company and made it before closing time and NOT WASTED MY MONEY!!!

Very reliable. Friendly drivers. But also very busy as they are the only taxi company running in town now.

Drivers are fantastic.dispatch being out of Red Deer is a concern sometime as they are not familiar with Sylvan
