The Haven Day Spa and Wellness Center

It was absolutely amazing. I got 90minutes massage and pedicure there. They show lots of essential oils and massage oils to choose for your body massage also for you to relax. And for Pedicures no chemical in the water for soaking your feet. It was all natural. Everybody who was working there was really kind and nice. I would definitely go back again next time.

Such an amazing experience. My sister and I brought our mom here for a girls day and the massage therapists were so kind and accommodating. Such a friendly and cozy atmosphere, the services were amazing and everyone was so relaxed after. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the amazing ladies who were there today, we had such a great time!

You know when you go for a massage and they have to get out all your knots and you leave feeling more sore then when you came in? That's my usual experience. Well, that's not what you'll get at the Haven. Kristine worked on my knots, but also provided a relaxing and soothing massage. I left feeling out of my body in a good way; at complete ease. I definitely recommend the two-hour body treatment. The value is sensational and you really get to unwind. The service at the Haven is exceptional. It's totally worth a drive out from Calgary if you don't live in Cochrane.

I brought my daughter and two friends here to celebrate her birthday with mini-manis and to say they went above and beyond to make it special is a huge understatement. They stayed late to accommodate us, had the whole place set up for them, put up birthday decorations, made the girls cupcakes, and curated them amazing gift bags. The girls had such a wonderful time that they all agreed they want to go back for their own birthdays. I was blown away and am so grateful for the entire experience. Kristine has a gift. She is amazing at what she does as she is gentle yet firm in aligning the body. I had a massage with her and I can’t describe how necessary her work is and how more people should experience it. My body feels aligned, and grounded. Thank you for your healing hands, your loving energy and your SO VERY POWERFUL yet gentle direction to a more grounded body. Absolutely amazing work.
