(December 20, 2022, 12:08 am)I recently switched my plan with the help of 4 different gentleman, and the process was super simple!
All my questions were answered efficiently and the help I got was quick and personable!
I ended up messing a part of the process up, which required the staff to dig through the garbage for my old sim card! Luckily they were more than willing to help with a great attitude in order to rectify my mistake!
10/10 experience, would recommend to friends and family!
I'm sad I didn't catch their names, but thank you for the awesome service!
P.S. The gentlemen that were helping me were working from 330pm to 5pm on Dec. 19, 2022. I hope the managers see this and thank them accordingly for providing such great service!
