Love the staff at this location! Store manager and all associates are extremely helpful! I’ve been purchasing regularly from this location since they have opened! So happy we have an outlet in Calgary! Product and quality is very close to what you find in the regular price store :)

I want to give Poonam at the Cross Iron Mills location and Farooq at the Chinook Mall location a HUGE thank you! These two dedicated employees went out of their way to ensure I had the best customer service and took full accountability for a little monogramming mishap.

Poonam was patient and sincere while I was shopping for a Father's day gift for my husband juggling two little ones. She remembered me weeks later as I returned to the store with my elderly (and extremely picky) mother as she looked for the perfect backpack/carry-on combo.

Although they worked in different locations, Poonam and Farooq worked together to ensure they corrected the luggage tag monogramming and even went as far as delivering it to me the day before Father's day (on their day off) on short notice. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect for me without comprising my gift and respected my time line. As a first time Tumi customer, I was very impressed by the exceptional customer service and will definitely return!
