“We had very pleasant experience at the store yesterday. About week ago, I went to actually see the shoes on sale and not to buy anything.. I already bought shoes two months ago which does not fit well and got losen up after I wore 3-4 times. So, during conversation I told the manager that I have shoes and does not fit well. She asked to see the shoes. So, I showed her my shoes this time and she said she can give credit for shoes.. I bought another pair and and one pair for my Wife. She gave some tips to fit shoes better.. I am really thankful to the manager who understand the issue and helped me to bought the perfect fit shoes. Thank you again Manager for helping us.”
