It is important to note that our project renovations during the pandemic were challenging at times due to limited supplies of some items and the long wait for delivery of some components. Cleland Contracting handled the logistics of each challenge to our satisfaction. The covid precautions were taken as necessary and the team was aware of us, as the homeowners and with the various trades when they were in our home. Some of the finer touches with Cleland Contracting that continually impressed us throughout the process were noted as punctuality, follow through on changes that were verbal, clear communication, clean up of the job site at the end of every day, personable and approachable time and time again and great sense of joviality and patience.
