Had a stellar experience at the new Sherwood Park Italian Centre. Dolly was amazing with her knowledgeable, friendly and humorous service.

Was here with my partner, mom and dad. We all walked away with delicious food for home, trying some items we’d never had before.

Love the Italian Centre, but had an extremely disappointing experience recently with a manager when we ordered pizza from the cafe. We ordered the last two pizzas left at the location and then watched a lady take our order in front of our faces. We were then offered her order as a replacement, but it was not what we ordered. Staff were nice and apologetic. They brought the manager over saying that he could process our refund, but that was when our negative experience truly began. His customer service was appalling and he offered to refund us the cost difference between the pizzas (which was a dollar) with no apology or consideration that it was not what we ordered. He seemed angry at us for the situation, so we did not take the dollar and left. Will be back for groceries, but certainly not the cafe.

Beautiful store Sherwood Park. I love the variety of meats and cheeses. Fresh vegetable and fruits. The bakery too much delicious tentation. The excellent attention from cashiers. They are the best. No other grocery store has this kind of people that are always ready for you smiling and helping you. Sadly in these days I witnessed bad treatment and rudeness from some people that in my opinion don't have idea how to respect others. It is hard try to be nice when some customers treat everyone like piece of sh....Your work cashiers are amazing , I tell everyone of you thanks for you kindness, smile and good vibes. Great work ladies.
