All Stars for an All Stars training session. I have found many training sessions in the past with other trainers/companies offering information I already obtained from work experience. I feel often the sales trainings are geared to acheive bottom line in dollars and often miss the relationship build. Effective customer relationships enable trust, breaking through comfort zones and making the best choices. I find Dave's training to the point, effective as he first understands me and my character before moving onto how to help me help my customer.

I hired Dave and his Prosalesguy sales training course to help our sales staff improve customer engagement and increase sales. I was very impressed with his approach to looking after our needs and custom designed a course outline that met our needs. Not only did the course involve online training but on site as well, followed up with bi weekly meetings with management and sales staff to discuss positives and challenges.
Dave was very engaging with my staff. He understood what we needed. He was easy to understand and follow and had an impact on our sales team as our unit sales increased over the previous year. His price was fair, reasonable and over-delivered on what he said he would do and went the extra mile for us. He understands and explains the sales process completely and is a Canadian who trains Canadians. Those who have used American trainers will understand that the connection is not always there.
