We found Barbacoa about 4 months ago and it is our new 'go to' restaurant, when we want to go out. The food and cocktails are amazing. I am not usually into cocktails when we go out because I usually find them way too sweet, however the cocktails at Barbacoa are perfectly balanced. The food is top notch and we have have always enjoyed it. We have been many times, and we have never been disappointed.
Great meal! Had their pulled pork sandwich expecting 'the usual', but was pleasantly surprised with the marinade/sauce. Very tasty and good portion size. Not too much, yet filling.
Service was top notch. We didn't eat until 800p or so and we were seated right away (called ahead). Definitely going back!
The food is fabulous! It is so great to have such a lovely place to eat out in Spruce Grove. Thanks for a wonderful meal. The servings were generous. Our group of 9 people continued to rave about their food. This restaurant is a great pick. Love it! And the service was fantastic! Very sad that they changed their Caesar salad.
Finally able to get to this restaurant since it opened. Well they say, some things are worth the wait! True words spoken for this restaurant for sure. I ordered the ribs, best I have ever had. Sided it with Mac and Cheese equally as good. My date had the tacos with pulled pork, super delicious! Serving staff are wonderful here. Watching those cooks work in the kitchen was on another level! Great job everyone we will be back!
We've been here twice, and both times it was excellent. Service was very friendly and attentive both times.
They source many of their ingredients locally, and use a wood fired grill in cooking a lot of them. The smell of the grill is amazing!
The menu isn't pretentious, it's fairly standard fare, but the execution is excellent! The fire roasted vegetables may be my favorite side dish I've encountered anywhere.
