I just moved in. I've wanted to live in these buildings for yrs. Leslie and Libby have been just incredible to work with!

I moved in here in June last year and have to say this is THE nicest apartment I have ever lived in. Huge shout out to Leslie. This lady is so professional, very friendly and went above and beyond. The building is well maintained, is quiet and I have a great view. I would recommend this place (and have) to anyone. I actually have two sisters that have moved into my bldg! Keep up the good work!! ❤️❤️

I recently moved units in the building after living here for 8 years, and Libby, the site manager, made it so easy and was so helpful along the way. Her and all of the staff at water’s edge are always so wonderful and I have had such a great experience living here and that’s why I continue to do so.

I highly recommend renting with Broadstreet Properties. Renting at this location was a breeze, and every concern or question I had was answered very promptly and professionally. Leslie is an incredible property manager and has made my rental procedure a dream. I have been living here for little over a week now and the suite was spotless when I arrived. It is very clean and quiet and such an amazing location with grocery stores, restaurants, and everything you could really need as an amenity close by! Thank you for everything Leslie! My partner and I are extremely happy to call this place home.
