Verl was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was repaired in a timely and efficient manner. We had to make an emergency stop at his shop while travelling through to a different location. It was evening and stores were not open to obtain the parts that we needed. He not only retrieved the parts in the morning (before we even got back there) but he also helped us find accommodation for the evening. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time.

My experience with Verl was amazing. From the very start he opened his door after hours to help diagnose and discuss an issue I was having with my fuel pump. He ordered the parts that night and they came exactly when promised. He also, as promised, put my car on the hoist first thing in the morning and got the servicing done right away and the price was exactly as quoted. His mechanic was also very polite, friendly and helpful. He ran a clean shop and provided very efficient service as quoted and cheaper than the dealership in Lethbridge. Verl saved the day and made my trip much smoother. I highly recommend visiting Verl if you need help with your vehicle.
As for the one bad review – there are two sides to every story – I’m glad Ignored it and listened to the other good reviews; Verl was fantastic! Thanks again.

Verl and Austin went above and beyond when I visited and needed my e brake fixed, they looked over the entire car and made sure it was good to go before hitting the open road to the Okanagan. When my tire kept going flat I hurried over there on a weekend and even though Austin was only there to work on his personal vehicle, he took the time to check over my tires and try every possible solution to make it road worthy. They really went above and beyond to take care of us.

Fast forward a month, we headed down there in our other vehicle and tried to get into all the shops in Airdrie to get an a/c recharge to no avail, they were all booked. So we headed to Verl's to see if he could possibly have the time and even though it was 4Pm, Verl stopped and made the time for us.

I would recommend these lovely people to anyone. They are family friendly and they really care for all their customers!

I have had the pleasure of having both Verl and Austin work on my vehicle recently, both excercised excellent professionalism, courteousness and respect.
