Transparent about other emergent issues that took him away from our job. He KNOWS what he's doing and doesn't miss even the smallest detail. His only flaw.... timelines are an optimistic illusion. Kevin takes care of billing. I prefer to deal online, especially during the pandemic. He can email bills and accepts email money transfers. He is friendly and helpful. Even though they got called away numerous times during my job I want to express my appreciation for their priority system. Two times they were delayed on my job showed me of this company's compassion.... 1. During a heat warning week they dropped everything to fix the air conditioning for an elderly couple. 2. A hardwired smoke detector started chirping incessantly. They attended to that immediately before homeowner's lost their minds. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND”
