“I had Joanne helping me getting my Permanent Residence. At first I was frustrated about how long it took and for me I blamed her. But quickly I understood that she did her very best to assure that all the forms were filled out correctly and all documents would be provided right from the beginning which explained the 9 months preparing time. Then another 4-5 months later I finally got my working permit. Meanwhile COVID hit and I basically gave up hope to get my permanent residence status anytime soon, however 4 months after getting my working permit, my permanent residence came through. Result, I would recommend her highly since she takes real good care of her customers and even in terms of paying her, she really steps up to her customers and finds a way how both sides get away more than fair!”
