“I have been working with Sprout since late January and the experience has been fantastic. I am not an athlete, I'm a middle aged woman with medical and physical issues that make some exercises impossible. She made up a weight training plan specifically for my needs and when an exercise was not suitable she changed it until we found one that worked. We work out twice a week and she has been very flexible with switching the day or time when required. When we started I had a lot of pain in my hip and thigh and after a month or so that pain went away. We had our sessions by Skye (or Zoom? I'm not sure) but she sets it up and I just click on the link to connect. She watches me while I do the exercise and lets me know if I need to change the way I'm doing it. During our exercises we have talked about nutrition and meal planning and she has given me lots of great ideas for a healthier diet. I would 100% recommend Sprout Fitness, she is knowledgeable, flexible, very nice and easy to talk to.”
