(March 9, 2023, 4:21 pm)I've taken several yoga classes with Sarah Marie Yoga (over Zoom) and have loved them. She is a very good instructor, explaining each move precisely and in a calm slow manner. I always felt great after the class was done. It settled me down and I was able to sleep better. I highly recommend Sarah!
(February 24, 2023, 2:31 am)I take Sarah’s yoga classes online. Sarah is very knowledgeable in her practise. She explains the poses and what area they are targeting. I appreciate the cues, options, and explanations.. I like being reminded to breathe, keep my shoulders down away from my ears, and keeping my feet active and engaged.
Her prices are very reasonable.
