(December 20, 2020, 6:19 pm)December 19th - Entire rest area/campground is closed to vehicles (Parked at gate, short hike in to watch sheets of ice float down river & to enjoy sights, sounds of ice).
(August 15, 2020, 5:58 pm)Beautiful recreational site! Nice campsites and decent fire pits. Bring your own firewood! Awfully close to the highway but we made due. It's not a terribly busy highway, the semi traffic is just loud when you're tenting in the site right next to the highway.
