“Heather and her team are GREAT, there always smiling, friendly and ready to help!! I came for a visit from another province, and Heather has went above and beyond to make sure my meds were readily available and covered through my Pharma care coverage…even though they DIDNT want to cover my medication in a different province, she spent at LEAST an hour on the phone over the duration to them, to make it happen…when she didn’t have to. Literally in the top 3 of the best pharmacies I’ve ever used in 20 years! Thanks to Heather and lovely staff for making my trip a lot less stressful! Happy thanksgiving and God bless!! Cheers!! “City center pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to so far not just in Edmonton but in western Canada. I always feel at ease speaking with the staff about the medications and services I need, and they are always friendly and discreet. Sid and the rest of the staff there genuinely care for each individual, and faithfully call each patient daily, delivering if needed to ensure prescriptions are taken as directed. The regular practitioner Dana is also very easy to talk to and her empathy and ability to adapt to each patients needs have every person I've brought in there leaving excited and happy to finally feel at home with a doctor. There is also the best opioid agonist program there, with no wait times like the one downtown. I would definitely recommend this as everyone's first choice.”
