APM is the best Mercury dealer on Vancouver Island. Parts, service and sales. I've bought 2 engines from them a 9.9 3 years ago and a 150 Seapro this past July. Nick in sales treated us fairly and very professionally in his dealing. Went above and beyond. The shop went the same route dealing with the Cameron Lake road closures. They met me early and got us back thru before the road closure. I will buy there again

I blew my main motor on the Saturday with the BC long weekend and called them on the Tuesday to see if I could have a new one installed .We had a trip booked to Nootka a year ago for the Thursday . I was not feeling hopeful but called and explained my situation understanding they are busy this time of year. Big shout out to Nick and Brad to making it happen two days after I called and never lost a beat with arriving in Nootka . They were professional and I would highly recommend them as I live in Victoria and worth for anyone to travel to see them . Great service dept also and Devan was super being informative with questions I had .

I recently purchased a 9.9 Prokicker EFI. The majority of the communication prior to the purchase was done via email, Nick was always very quick to respond. We finalized the sale at end of business one day and they had it shipped out the following day. It was a smooth, straight forward transaction. And best of all their pricing was significantly better than anywhere else I'd found.
