We had a great experience with Alberni towing when we got stranded in Tofino on vacation when our car broke down. The dispatcher called me right away and tried to get us help right away so we didn’t have to stay another night in the town when the other towing services were cancelling on us. They accommodated us to the best of their abilities and even stopped along the way to let us check on our dog that we left in the car as it was getting towed. They went above and beyond to help us and I know that it wasn’t just specific to us they are just caring people that are trying to help. They made this tough situation a lot more bearable, being stranded in a town where we knew no one.

Alberni Towing saved our butts this week! Our Jeep broke down just out of Tofino on our way home, and with all the mechanics & tow companies in Uke and Tofino busy and unreachable, the owner went out of his way to grab our car, dog and us and bring us to a great mechanic in Port Alberni so we can get sorted! The dispatcher on the phone was incredibly understanding, helpful and reassuring, and the owner driving us was kind patient and clearly really goes out of his way to help people who need it. Can't recommend this company enough if you're stranded in the area.

Rudy was awesome and towed me from Junction of Uecuelet/Tofino to Parksville and we trouble shoot my issue with Van.3 different mechanics and it's Transmission. Thanks Rudy for all your help!!

Just awesome, incredible service. Eilene jumped right in with complex electrical troubleshooting on a broken fleet vehicle at the roadside and put every effort into getting our driver back on the road. Thank you!

All I have to say is that these guys saved me from a potentially very dangerous situation, and did it with kindness, grace, tact, compassion and style.

I had a serpentine belt go halfway up Sutton pass on a blind corner. Bad scene. They came fast, and worked hard to make sure that I got to where I was safe.
