I listen to this radio very often in France since I went to Port Alberni during my trip to Western Canada, I loved this city.
Great contests lucky we have a radio station and they have been here for 75 years!
One of the best station's on Vancouver Island for sure! Hard-working, intelligent and classy people make the station what it is. Would highly recommend giving them a good, long and attentive listen, it will be well worth your time.
The best way to keep abreast of local events and of course it goes without saying that this is the home of the broadcast of the BCHL Alberni Valley Bulldogs - no one else can call a game like Evan "The Hammer" Hammond. No matter were in the world you get to you can always listen to 93.3 The Peak online or with both Android and iPhone apps available. The 93.3 Peak Cruiser is prominent at local events like: The Toy Run, Fall Fair and P.A. Salmon Festival as well as many other events through out the year. They play mixed format of adult contemporary music and active rock.
