Decent and relatively cheap apartments. Pet friendly. No bugs besides a small amount of ants that we're combating easily. Minor cosmetic issues such as paint peeling on the balcony door and cigarette burns in the carpet. Electricity is easily overloaded and some outlets don't work to begin with.
Laundry is $2 per wash and $2 per dry, and the machines are not the most effective, you have to use quite small loads despite the price of $4 per load.
It's a good location. You can walk to a drugstore, grocery store, park, library/swimming pool, the (massive) high school, the college, Subway, 7/11 and Co-op, McDonalds, dispensary, about anything you'd want is a 15 min walk or less.
