They provide amazing customer service. We got a Black Kia sportage 2006 and the car was in excelent coditions. They treat us like royalty every time we have visited them for different services. I 100% recommend them.
Bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee sport from them. We had a few small issues that needed to be resolved before the sale and it was done without fuss. When we had to come back for an exchange of an engine thermostat a few months later they installed it and discovered a crack in the oil filter holder. They did not charge us for that replacement part. The fact that things do wear out or break is normal but the extra service of not just looking to replace something but discovering that something else is broken and then replace it at their costs is sign of an honest business with customer service in mind.
Bought a 2015 toyota tacoma from Lee. Right from start to finish was great. The truck was exactly as described. We had an independent inspection done for peace of mind and everything checked out great. There was an issue with the seat belt that Lee noticed before we purchased and he had the part couriered to our local toyota. Such a great experience and would HIGHLY recommend!

It has been several months since we purchased our Ford Escape from these folks. The entire staff were fantastic! I did not have great expectations from the Escape - it had a lot of kilometers on it and it had been well loved. We ended up having some significant issues with the vehicle - Lee offered to refund our money or fix it - our choice. He fixed it and when we had some more issues - Lee fixed them without question and refused to charge us.
Nexcar knows customer service. They were honest and upfront about everything about the vehicle. They were excited for us to get it. Just awesome. I can't say enough good things.
