The Mitsubishi ductless heat pump products that they install, in my opinion, are the top tier of the industry. Zack designed the location and installation of the outdoor heat pump and three interior heads, one wall mounted and two floor mounted models, in the most efficient and functional places. They have transformed and improved the comfort level of our home almost immediately and are so quiet it is astounding. In comparison to our neigbour's heat pumps, that we hear chugging away on their properties, ours emits only a quiet purr. Don't settle for second best - get Mitsubishi equipment and hire Pacific Rim Heat Pumps - they are the BEST!.

Keith came to do my quote, he was very knowledgeable and listened to my questions and concerns, provided me with a few options and talked me through each of them, didn't feel any sales pressure at all.
