Been with broadstreet properties since they built in port. Always great and friendly people around. Very few problems and always helped with their 24 hour line and maintenance workers who are also very kind and always get the job done. Personally accommodated us in moving from apartment to new town homes which are amazing and spacious. The only thing we need now is a park for the kids as theres dog parks and garden boxes. Allowing pets let alone two is hard to find now a days so thats excellent as well.

I lived here from May 2022 to April 2023 and received my full damage deposit back after I moved out. I loved living here. I found that there was a good balance between making sure the rules were followed and making it a great community to live in. My interactions with Elizabeth, the manager, were always great and friendly. I moved out due to needing to move to another location. The place was kept clean and the repairs I requested were done in a reasonable amount of time. I also liked that it was a reasonable walk to Save-on Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart and the Transit exchange so I was able to do most things without a car. There are walking trails where you can get lost in nature about 9 minutes away, which I really appreciated.

Elizabeth the site manager was super friendly, courteous, professional and went above and beyond her duties to make sure my family had a pleasant living experience with Broadstreet Properties in Port Alberni. The cleaning and maintenance teams were also friendly and professional! The unit we rented was very clean and had no major issues with the appliances.

We have lived in the building from the first day of opening renting to tenants. We have enjoyed living here. Our site manager Elizabeth is great! She is so easy to speak with and we appreciate how genuinely she cares about any issues within our suite. It's reassuring to know and feel welcomed where you live. Steve, who takes care of our maintenance is also great! He gets the work done in a timely manner and is very knowledgeable. And of course I feel it's important to point out the great work all the other staff do to keep our buildings and grounds clean and safe. Thank-you to you all!
