Sage Ceremonies Wedding Officiant

Liane officiated our wedding on August 21,2023 in Tofino. She lives in Port Alberni but is able to commute to some other areas on the Island, which was great! She did a terrific job crafting a wedding ceremony with us, she gave us an initial draft and we were able to adjust it to work best for us. Then she nailed the actual delivery of the ceremony and was able to incorporate the special elements we wanted to include such as a ‘rock ceremony’ and us signing the marriage license on each others backs. It was a beautiful day and Liane’s great communication, kindness, openness and responsiveness definitely helped lessen any stress. Thank you so much Liane!

Can't say enough good things about Liane. We got married September 2023, and she created a perfect, funny, personal, and heartfelt ceremony. We had soooo many guests come up to us after the ceremony to say it was the best one they had ever attended. Liane was great to communicate with, she offered so much valuable advice, took time to get to know us, and really made the whole process low stress and fun. She provided so many beautiful elements to our wedding, gave opportunities for our family to be involved throughout the ceremony and had all our guests laughing and crying through the whole thing. We had the best wedding day ever. Liane was the most perfect officiant for us. We opted for a non-religious and light-hearted ceremony with a splash of humor sprinkled in and she hit it out of the park. Our guests loved her and we had several make comments saying they thought she knew us previous to the wedding. She was very thorough and organized and maintained great communication from start to finish. We appreciated her knowledge, suggestions and opinions during our rehearsal as well. Highly recommend!!!! I loved our wedding day! She did such an amazing job! We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant for our wedding! She goes above and beyond for anyone. The way she wrote what was being said at the wedding was just fantastic!
