Tyler from the Port Alberni location gave excellent customer service when i was faced with an issue with my USB ( the machines were not accepting my USB).

Incredible experience, above & beyond! Tyler, Divisional Sales Manager not only assured that I had the printing outcome I was looking for, but went out of his way to make sure it was done right and quickly. He even ran out to my car in the parking lot to bring me an alternate and final iteration of the print job!

I’m honestly not sure I’ve received service like this anywhere before, let alone at a professional print shop or another Staples location. I would absolutely recommend Tyler and Port Alberni Staples to anyone that needs a professional print job done efficiently!! Two thumbs up, thank again Tyler!

Great place to shop for all of your home/business needs. I think they are on the higher side of retail pricing especially when it comes to their furniture and chairs. That's the reason for four stars and no other. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and go out of there way to make sure you find what your looking for.

Good selection of office supplies. I would avoid using FedEx drop off here though, sometimes they don't notify FedEx for pick up and the package ends up sitting around for a few days, and they don't give drop off receipts either.
