Amazing service. I was passing through town and one of my rad hoses blew. Tar fit me in and put on a new hose for me without any issues. Very honest and good people.
I was with friends headed to Tofino and we ran into some trouble with our boat trailer. No one in town could help us, all too busy or uninterested in a smaller job. We had heard about Tar's and gave it a shot, he immediately dropped what he was doing to help us out. We couldn't find the right part in town, but Tar fixed it up so we could make the trip and at no cost! Hard to expect that sort of kindness these days, if I lived in Port Alberni I would be a loyal customer.
