Called Bob on a Thursday morning and he came over the same day to give me an estimate and directed me on which items I needed to move for an optimal area cleaning. Came back the following Wednesday to thoroughly vacuum, scrub and steam clean carpeting. Professional, friendly, this man knows what he's doing.
