Fabulous service from the entire Benson team, but Natalie is incredible! I need an extra shelf for my kitchen pantry and she has gone out of her way to ensure I get what I need. Even though the wholesaler of the older product put many obstacles in my way, Natalie spent an enormous amount of time clearing the path to ensure my success....and it continues. I couldn't believe she would do all of that for just one little shelf, but she is determined and will not give up. I have never seen such dedicated service in all of my years!! Thank you Natalie.
