“Very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. Really good continental breakfast. Make your own Belgian waffles, sausages, ham and scrambled eggs. Toast, pastries, cereals and yogurt. Coffee, tea, juice. Very good. We had burgers in the Waddling Pub downstairs. Excellent homemade burgers! Would definitely recommend this place :)”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Brentwood Bay Resort and Spa for our ‘baby moon’. The staff were incredibly helpful and personal - most notably Brittany from the Pub who put together a list of fun activities for us to experience in the area. Lana from the restaurant was also very personable and friendly and made breakfast cozy and relaxing. We indulged in two spa treatments which were top notch. As I am 32 weeks pregnant, Lorraine altered my treatment and made it most enjoyable. The spa facility was extremely clean and tranquil. The room and beds!! Oh my goodness! Those sheets, blankets and pillows.. I will be dreaming of them. And the room.. exactly as shown on your website! The jet tub and fireplace really added something extra as well! We are so incredibly happy with our stay at your resort. You should be very proud of your staff and facility. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“docks a little rough though looks like change is coming will be nice to see it cleaned up some of the mouldy oldies need a new home.. Stayed one night by accident was charged for two. Once I called and talked to them they were most helpful fixing the situation. Would recommend for easy access and a friendly group.”

“A complete gem, walking distance to the bay and Butchart Gardens and short drive to Victoria or from the ferry in Sidney. Get the breakfast, what a treat to have waffles and ham and eggs from the farm with homemade jam and bread. Such a treat! The owners are themselves big campers and are very hospitable and knowledgeable hosts, they want to make your stay easy. They helped us plan our visit complete with scenic drives and places to visit throughout British Columbia. Gardenside Acres is a lovely and special place to stay.”

“Clean and and very peaceful. I'd like to suggest black-out curtains to prevent the sun from shining through for late risers. Plus it would aid in security over the window. We arrived in warm weather and needed to lift the blinds up from the small window for air circulation and had no covering then. Although the room had a small ceiling fan, it wasn't enough to circulate the air on the 80° days.”

“I love this beach. It's huge and seems to go on for miles and miles, so there is a lot of space and you will never find yourself feelings crammed in with crowds of people. Also its one of the few beaches on the coast where you will find areas of soft, white sand.”
