“View Royal Out of School Care is a small non-profit childcare centre that provides before and after school care to school aged children. We also offer preschool to help prepare children to enter the school system. We were looking for improved service for our benefit members and were referred by our insurer to Integrated Benefit Solutions, an independent benefits specialist company in Victoria. They were very responsive and quickly arranged a meeting with me to review the benefits. They wanted to learn what worked, didn’t work or was missing with the objective to further customize, to ensure good value and to simplify administration.
