“What a helluva gym! If you are in the area and looking for high quality coaching and a friendly, non aggressive crossfit experience, come to this sweet box. It's clean, the equipment is in great shape, the coaches are incredible, know what they are talking about, each of them offering great modifications to work with injury, and the members are all really supportive. It's really refreshing to go to a gym that isn't all ego and focused solely on competitive athletes which some boxes can be. This gym is here for everyone. Amazing experience!!”

Sara makes class fun so you want to keep coming back, and they offer lots of different training packages to suit you and your dogs needs. They teach you the best way to work with and communicate with your dog in a fun way. A 5 star rating is not a high enough rating as they are truly the best.”
