(January 16, 2019, 9:03 pm)I love that it’s only 30 killer mins and doing that work out 3 times a week enables me to eat and drink whatever I want while STILL losing weight. It’s the quickest and most successful weight loss I’ve ever experienced. I promote 9Round whenever possible, and I HIGHLY suggest those who arnt fitness fanatics to try it out because you’ll never look at working out the same!
(January 10, 2019, 5:24 pm)After seeing the amazing results that my friend had achieved with 9 Rounds, I decided to give it a try. After pushing through the first couple weeks of soreness that comes from changing up a workout routine, I am now addicted. The gym has a warm welcoming feel. The music is motivating and fun and the trainers are awesome. It's short and to the point. Best sweat I have ever achieved in 30 minutes! I highly recommend joining the 9 rounds family:)

(September 25, 2018, 6:19 pm)I love my workouts with Chris. He is fantastic, pushes me to be my best self, and tailors workouts to what I’m capable of. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to improve their physical, and mental health.
