In the past, when an emergency has come up, such as a flat tire (which has happened a few times), the staff has been right there to fix it. We highly recommend this company for their professionalism and especially their contribution to those in need in our community.

After many years of diminishing ability to walk, I decided to purchase a mobility scooter. I was advised to instead purchase a power chair, which never fulfilled what I wanted, which was a means to join my family and dogs on walks, not always on pavement. I tried to trade in my power chair to the agent from whom I purchased it, but neither they nor several other agents would accomodate me. I finally called the dealer which was situated quite a long way from my home, City Wide. They not only agreed to give me a trade in on my chair, but they also very patiently gave me the most amazing help and advise on the purchase of my Big Foot Scooter. In the end my husband bought one as well so he could keep up with me because a whole new world opened up for me and he wanted to share it. A year later, and we are so happy with our scooters, and the service we have had from everyone at City Wide is way beyond anything we could ever have expected. Don't go anywhere else for your mobility needs, make a beeline for Citywide.

City Wide Scooter & Wheelchair Sales and Service volunteers once-a-month at Our Place Society providing a Mobility Scooter, Power Wheelchair and Walker Repair Maintenance Clinic. They not only repair and maintain power chairs, scooters and walkers for our highly marginalized clients but they also donate refurbished equipment. The four mobility scooters they've donated have been life enhancing for the individuals with severe mobility issues who received them.
