Mostly geared towards general sewing and quilting, but there is a good starter selection of cross stitch supplies and a very good selection of DMC threads. Customer service is EXCELLENT, prices are reasonable and they're very willing to order items in. I always enjoy shopping here!

Awesome customer service! They closed early for voting ( 3:30) I tried the door at 3:35( never hurts) anyways it was locked. So as I was walking away a man from the store asked if he could help?
He let me in the store and helped me..

I just went in for the first time and they were just the nicest people, really welcoming and helpful. My friend who sews a lot says about $20 a metre is standard for Victoria and my purchases came to under $20 for a metre and a half so for what I wanted they weren't overpriced at all and I wasn't even hunting for the bargains. Their selection is extensive and beautiful. I'll definitely be back.
