We're surprised by poor reviews. Our experience has been exceptional, both last year when we needed to cancel and this year when our minor concerns were promptly and professionally rectified. We very much appreciate Elite's helpfulness and flexibility. Heavenly Hideaway provided us a great place to get away from it all, enjoy the views across the Strait and of Mount Baker and Cascade Mountains on a clear day, while giving us easy access to central Victoria and beyond. The house is unique and the bathrooms just adequate yet we were able to comfortably accommodate guests.

We are exceptionally pleased with our stay through Elite. The booking procedure was seamless, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures and the conditions were perfect. You can tell the units are well maintained and there is a high level and standard of care towards the property and the guests. Thank you 😊
