  I have known Dave for a long time and never seen him in action on the job, when I had a issue he was the logical guy to call. He came over jumped on the roof and looked at the issue, told me exactly where it originated and the best course of action to repair it, which I then had done the next day!!! Saved me a tonne of stress and money. He does this career a lot better then he golfs ;)

  David took the time to explain his report, which was well written and very thorough. He walked me around the condo to show me all the deficiencies listed and provided great solutions for each. He was very pleasant to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone.

  My husband and I are very pleased with David Fletcher's work. His thorough inspection of every area of the house to which he could gain access resulted in a detailed report with recommendations that gave us confidence in our home-to-be. We particularly appreciated his comments and explanations during the walkthrough once he'd completed his work: he gave simple, straightforward answers to questions we asked as the result of our total ignorance of building standards in Canada as opposed to the UK. We're very grateful to David and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough, professional inspector.
